Booking and confirmation deposit:
The reservation is considered binding upon receipt of a deposit via bank transfer.

Cancellation policy:

• Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, only the already paid deposit will be retained.

• Cancellation between 30 and 7 days before arrival, 70% of the reservation amount will be charged.

• 7 days before the arrival date, 90% penalty on the entire reservation amount.

• For delayed arrivals, early departures, or unoccupied beds, the price will be calculated as per the reservation.
