The Plazores farm
While most of the farms in San Vigilio have evolved in step with modern times, in this corner of the village, we still find complexes that remind us of ancient times.
Our vicinity includes a stone house dating back to the 15th century, once the dwelling of the upper-ranking farmers, now transformed into a traditional restaurant. Right next to it stands another building of interest, the "Taibun" farmhouse, characterized by the typical architectural simplicity of farmers, where living and functional spaces harmoniously merge. Barn, stable, and residence form a single unit.
In the heart of this precious treasure trove of history and rural culture, you will be welcomed by the "Plazores Apartments". For several generations, our Huber family has fervently managed the farmhouse, immersing themselves with dedication in the care of nature, animals, and agriculture.
The farm products
We will be delighted to pamper you upon request with the delicious products from our farm. Every morning, you can enjoy fresh eggs from our free-range chickens, and if you wish, you'll have the opportunity to collect them directly from the nest. Of course, there is also fresh milk ready for your breakfast. Furthermore, in our garden, you will find some vegetables, and from our trees, you can pick the fruit you find.
Our animals
At the farmhouse, there are not only cows, but you will also find a diverse family of animals ready to welcome you affectionately. Our cats, including the house mistress Piki, along with Heidi and Peter, Minco and Tomy, the rooster with his hens, and perhaps even some chicks. This is a special opportunity for you and your little ones to immerse yourselves in nature and discover the bond that connects us to animals.
